Race|Witch: Olivia is a witch that specializes in empty threats, idle slander, and offering far more bark than bite. She claims that her powers are incredible, but that they are secret and will never serve anyone but herself. The truth is that she isn't a very talented witch at all. Not that anyone knows that. She knows rudimentary potion-making (mostly of the mundane alcoholic slant, if she's being honest) and a few lame charms and small spells here and there, but she isn't very good at any one thing. What gives? Who knows, but Olivia will never let anyone find out and is busy fronting her super awesome spell game in the meantime.

Occupation: Olivia is a receptionist at Town Hall, and can be most easily found slacking off behind the building and having a smoke, or more rarely, an illicit imbibement of fanciful liquids. That is, getting sort of low key boozed up on the job. Nowadays she's slightly more dutiful after almost being caught doing this, but there's no way she's scheduling your appointment on the date that you asked. Forget it.

Personality: Olivia is stubborn, rude, and honestly a chore to talk to. She is incredibly prideful of her "abilities" and, at any slight (or perceived slight) will threaten to destroy you...if you were worth her time. Which you are not. Olivia has a penchant for standard rebellious teenage fare, and often prefers to be less-than-sober whenever she has the chance. But underneath a very abrasive and prideful exterior, Olivia is a bit insecure, and maybe just a little lonely.  It's hard for her to open up to anyone, and she pushes away anyone who might get close. But recently Olivia has become more and more desperate to find the max potential of her true abilities, enough to risk the previously unthinkable task of reaching out to other witches, or perhaps even joining a coven. But that is a totally last ditch effort. Olivia would much prefer dodging the whole coven affair, and instead hatch some schemes to steal a few magic grimoires, or maybe prodding overly-friendly weirdos for information. That sounds much better.

History: Olivia was born and raised in Penrith like most, her family consisting of her single mother and her twin brother, Alec. Olivia was a very bright and well-mannered kid throughout elementary and middle school, but began to act out during highschool. She cut class, gave the other students trouble, and was even caught drinking, prompting an explusion. Olivia was homeschooled for the rest of her education, and quite happily so, as it gave her more time to do what she pleased.

- Sleeps well into the afternoon, and stays up very late at night
